Lots of light, sailing trips and splashing whales – experience summer in Aasiaat. Your summer adventure starts right after checking in, when you receive a map over the town and bicycles so you can easily explore the town and its many beautiful granitsculptures, wall paintings or even visit the museum.
Naturally, experiencing whale watching is a must. The trip takes about 2 hours in an open boat. We will sail around the archipelago and observe an old whale hunting location. It is almost guaranteed that the whales will come to greet you and our clever guide will make sure you get the best out of this experience. You will also receive a floating suit to stay safe and keep warm when we sail around the icebergs.
